Buraku Liberation and Human Rights Research Institute (BLHRRI)
Buraku Kaihō Jinken Kenkyūjo
Established in 1968, the Buraku Liberation and Human Rights Research Institute (部落解放・人権研究所, BLHRRI) aims to eliminate all forms of discrimination and establish human rights in society.
This institute consists of five research committees - buraku disicrimination and history, gender discrimination, human rights education, anti-discrimination law, and poverty and social exclusion - and its education and training division offers a number of training programs. Their website does not directly deal with constitutional revision issues per se; however, their website contains a large amount of information on human rights, which is one of the key concepts of the constitution.
